Title: Never Cry Werewolf
Author: Rusty Armour
Summary: As is so often the case in September, a mysterious threat is, uh, threatening to threaten the harmonious balance the peace and tranquility of [livejournal.com profile] rusty_armour ’s apartment. Again. Uh, apparently I’m incapable of generating new plots, but recycling is good – for the environment, anyway. *g*
Category: Gen with just the lightest touch of slash. And Action Figure fic, of course. Crossover of Teen Wolf, Enterprise, Stargate Atlantis, Doctor Who (sort of), Primeval (sort of) and Sherlock Holmes.
Rating: Pretty much gen.
Spoilers: Possibly some very minor ones in terms of Sherlock Holmes and Star Trek canon. Oh, and The Forsyte Saga.
Disclaimer: With a few exceptions, these characters aren’t mine. They’re owned by smarter, richer people. It’s totally not worth it to sue me. I’m just an editor.
Notes: Here’s my annual offering for [livejournal.com profile] jackycomelately’s birthday. I’m posting it more than a week early because I’ll be away on [livejournal.com profile] jackycomelately’s special day. I’m not sure if this is up to my usual standard of lunacy, but I hope the birthday girl will still manage to get something out of it.

Happy EARLY Birthday, jackycomelately! )

Last Sunday, my sister gave me a little puppy figurine to add to my action figure collection, so I thought it was high time that I introduced this newest member to my warped menagerie. I know there are more productive ways I could be using my time. I just choose not to pursue them. )

As I'm not really going to have a chance to be online much for the next couple of days, I thought I'd better post an entry now. The MSF/DWB Charity Auction starts on March 20th and goes until April 3rd. There will be a number of fandom-related items on the auction block (and not just for Stargate Atlantis and Stargate SG-1), including fic and fan art. The auction will be conducted on 121bid.com, though it's probably best to visit the MSF/DWB Charity Auction website or [livejournal.com profile] msfauction to obtain a direct link.

I'm not able to donate a story myself this year, though I am offering the following item:

MSF46 - A Stargate SG-1 100-page special edition of the Official Stargate SG1/Atlantis magazine

I'm also offering the following clip from Armstrong & Miller to get people in the charity spirit:

On second thoughts, it might be better to search for the charity spirit from within... *g*

I'm still in a state of total disbelief, but it appears that I've finally finished the last installment of In the Family Way. It's hopelessly rough and I still have to finish typing the remainder of my hand-written draft, but I'm hoping to get through the revision process in the next few days and then post it.

Yes, I do realize that there's only three or four people who are likely to read this, but I seriously don't care. All that matters is that it's done. It's taken more than three years, but the behemoth is complete at last.

Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah-hallelujah! Hal-le-eh-lu-jah!

By some minor miracle, I finally finished the rough draft for my David Hewlett MSF/DWB Charity Auction fic! I had promised a minimum of 2500-3000 words, so, naturally, I wrote just over 10,000. Can we say 'masochist'? )
