Oh, Dalek Dreadnaught, I'm so sorry! You have my sincerest apologies for the confusion! I don't know if it's all the excitement from Polaris, but my brain has been mush since Saturday. In any case, I went in and changed "drone" to "Dreadnaught". I was obviously heading towards a word beginning with -dr and, stupidly, ended up with "drone" instead of "Dreadnaught". And "drone" is unappealing and completely inaccurate considering your superior design and overall AWESOMENESS.
BTW, I completely understand why you left the dance floor when you did. I was honestly thrilled to see you there in the first place, especially when "Doctorin' the Tardis" was playing. I'm sure it must have been a challenge to move around at all, let alone move around in the dark. And I don't know if you actually started the exodus or not. It was just a theory. Of course, the dance really wasn't the same once you both left, so maybe it's true.
Both you and your Dalek friend were definitely one of the highlights of Polaris. You definitely made the con special.
