From what I've learned, negative thinking can really do a number on you. It's amazing how you can improve your mood by breaking out of that cycle and focusing on more positive things. Most of my crying fits came about because of the things going round and round in my head. I've had to learn to stop that cycle and think more positively. When that fails then I try to focus on how I can improve the situation (e.g. looking for a new job).
