If it isn't too late, I should probably warn you that duskyfoxthefan's discussion (http://duskyfoxthefan.livejournal.com/2867.html) on baby!fic and MPregs is pretty negative for the most part, with people explaining why they hate the genre. However, some participants were kind enough to recommend MPregs and baby!fic that they thought was good. I was absolutely thrilled when reen212000 was kind enough to rec mine! :-) Anywaaaay, if nothing else, you might stumble across some more fic you'd like to read if you do check out the post.
