Olympic Boycott: Day Eleven

Today, instead of watching the Olympics, I went to work, which probably isn't a huge surprise. I also watched the very last episode of Inspector Lynley, which I taped last night. Considering that the story was based on the real-life case of Paul Bernardo and Karla Homolka, I'm thinking it's probably a good thing that they've decided not to make any more episodes. I have to admit that I'm kind of curious about how other Mystery viewers in Southern Ontario reacted because I was seriously tempted to turn it off. Anywaaaaaaay, after getting through Lynley, I managed to do some more cleaning. Thank Herne for podfic. I don't know what I'd do without it.

Oh! Apparently Canada bagged two silver medals. I learned that little tidbit on MSN.

Thank you so much for sharing this, [livejournal.com profile] inkscribe! :-) I was in a pretty crappy mood before I read this article, but my lips are twitching now. I don't know if it's possible for me to love SGA crackfic more than I do already, but I'd say that I'm definitely more grateful that it exists after reading about the bizarre cross-fandom pairings from that article! *g*

I still have to check out the related article links, though I did read some of the posted comments.

You're welcome! The series of related articles (ie: superpowers in bible, etc.) had me laughing so hard I was awake a good hour past when I planned to be ... it's been a long time since that has happened, LOL!

SGA has very, very fine crack. It's like BC is unto pot, eh? ;-)
