I heard this yesterday and I was pleased too. I'm not a huge fan, but I was sorry to hear it had been cancelled.

Congrats! I don't watch it myself, but my mum's a fan. It's always nice when your fave shows get saved!

I'm still amazed that it was saved! I've had so many favourite shows be cancelled (permanently) that I assumed Primeval was beyond hope too. It's great to be proven wrong! :-)

Well, it doesn't happen very often, but it's great when a fave show does get saved. I'm sure your mum will be happy. :-)

I watched three episodes and I just wasn't in the right mood to pick it up. (Same with Doctor Who and I'm watching it with a vengeance now.) It was well-written and had an interesting plot, so I am happy it was picked up. Who knows, maybe some day I'll watch it again.

Being in the right mood really can make a difference. And some episodes are better than others, so sometimes it's a matter of catching an episode that grabs you. Of course, it's possible that this just isn't your kind of show. I'll admit that the initial attraction for me was seeing dinosaurs smashing cars and causing chaos. Then it was Cutter's beautiful Scottish accent. And now it's Lester's cutting sarcasm and hilarious one-liners. Oh, and the suits and red suspenders (third series). *g*
