Yes, an awesome time was definitely had. :-)

Polaris originally covered Star Trek alone (first being called "Toronto Trek Celebration" and "Toronto Trek"), but then it branched out to cover other sci-fi shows, along with the fantasy and horror genre. There was actually a pretty impressive array of fandoms covered in terms of guests, panels, merchandise, and costumes. Polaris seems to be very inclusive and accepting of all the geek fandoms. :-)
