Another Doctor Who Postcard!!!
Time Lord! Oh, and it's not just any Time Lord, but my favourite Doctor! Tee hee! :-D

It's so sweet that the Fifth Doctor cares. And as his postcard also has a Canadian stamp on it, I'm assuming he either asked a good and kind-hearted Canadian (and quite very possibly a friend of mine) to mail it on his behalf. Then, of course, he could have infiltrated Canada Post (child's play for a Time Lord, I'm sure) or maybe he even travelled here and sent the postcard himself...Well, however the Fifth Doctor managed it, I'm very grateful for the postcard from him (and any accomplices). Thank you very much, Doctor! :-D

Thanks,
It must be comforting that the Doctor is keeping an eye on you. ;)
It's very comforting. While I do love the Master, it's probably a good idea to have some protection if I've made it on his radar... *g*

Tee hee, hee, hee! "Earthshock"! Very sad but classic Doctor Who episode! :-)
Perhaps he mailed the postcard before he left following the convention as it does have a Toronto postmark, near the Ashbridges Bay Wastewater Treatment Plant if Google can be trusted. I suspect that would be a convenient place to park the TARDIS.
Oh, wow! I didn't know you could track postmarks like that! Well, that would be a convenient place to park the TARDIS if he was going to the trouble of sending the postcard himself...or was meeting up with an accomplice. *g*
BTW...HAPPY BIRTHDAY (http://rusty-armour.livejournal.com/116545.html)! :-D

Oh, how exciting to have not just one but TWO Time Lords stalking you! LOL What more could a fangirl ask for?
But I must say, I'm disappointed in The Doctor's penmanship! You'd think after 900 years he'd develop a more elegant hand. But, I guess he's used to writing in Gallifreyan. Perhaps you could give him some calligraphy lessons, Rusty.

I KNOW! I mean, I was excited when it was just the one Time Lord. Now, I can barely contain myself!

Oh, no! I think his penmanship is very nice, especially if he's used to writing in Gallifreyan. Besides, you know what they say about a doctor's handwriting... *g*
Perhaps you could give him some calligraphy lessons, Rusty.
LOL! Me? Oh, no. My writing (and even printing) is atrocious. A Gallifreyan infant would have better penmanship than I do! *g*

I haven't seen any of the Peter Davison episodes, but I like the look of him. What kind of Doctor character did he play?

You're so wise! That makes perfect sense, of course! :-)
How do you address a postcard to the Tardis?
Yikes! I don't know! I hadn't even thought of trying to write back. Uh...maybe the following:
The Doctor
Big Blue Box (that's bigger on the inside than the outside)
Somewhere in the limitless realm of time and space
I haven't seen any of the Peter Davison episodes, but I like the look of him.
Somehow, I'm not surprised. *g* Well, the "look of him" is part of what drew me in. I had a crush on him because of All Creatures Great and Small.
What kind of Doctor character did he play?
Oooooh...good question. Well, other fans may or may not agree with me, but I think the Fifth Doctor is quite light-hearted with a good sense of humour. He's energetic, but not bouncy like the Tenth and Eleventh Doctor. On the negative side, he can be a bit impatient and surprisingly sensitive (e.g. he storms out of the TARDIS in "Earthshock" when he gets into an argument with Adric). Of course, like all the other Doctors, he has a strong sense of justice and compassion. He's also inquisitive and has a huge fondness for Earth and certain Earth pursuits (like cricket). Maybe this fan tribute vid will give you some idea of what the Fifth Doctor is like:

I can see how The Master might be a wee bit stressful as a penpal. So nice of The Doctor to check up on you.

Yes, as much as I love the Master, I'm a tiny bit afraid of him as well. I mean, you never know when he might decide to kill you...or whatever. It's very reassuring to know that the Doctor is checking up on me. :-)
