Herne Be Praised! I FINALLY Finished "In the Family Way"!

I'm still in a state of total disbelief, but it appears that I've finally finished the last installment of In the Family Way. It's hopelessly rough and I still have to finish typing the remainder of my hand-written draft, but I'm hoping to get through the revision process in the next few days and then post it.

Yes, I do realize that there's only three or four people who are likely to read this, but I seriously don't care. All that matters is that it's done. It's taken more than three years, but the behemoth is complete at last.

Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah-hallelujah! Hal-le-eh-lu-jah!

Thank you very much, karen9! :-) I'm very relieved and happy that it's done. I'm a little nervous about the revision process because of how rough the last installment seems to be at the moment. However, I've survived the revision process before, so I'll probably get through it again. *g*

Yay! Once up and I can once again read the fic... I've been waiting patiently. I have so be waiting for the day.

I'm a little weird about reading WIPs. I usually read enough to determine if I want to read the story or not (in this case I do) and then don't read anymore until it's finished. It's better for both of our sanities that I do it that way. ;)

I don't blame you for not reading WIPs considering how many end up not being completed. I certainly took my sweet time with this story, so thank you very much for your patience, lazigyrl! :-) I'm planning to post a full version (broken down into four parts and garnished with bad cover art) on the same day as I post the final installment on LJ. You might want to check out that version when the time comes as it will mean a lot less clicking with your mouse.
