I was going to wish you a Happy Canada Day, but I see that I'm too late. Anyway, you seem to have had a great day anyway.
There are plenty of crows in this town, but I usually see one at a time. Also, to my chagrin, they're completely uninterested in me, unlike magpies and jackdaws, who always check to see if I have something for them.
I'll keep my fingers crossed that you can get back to writing soon. (I hope I can too. I really need to finish the book I'm working on and get to work on the others I want to finish this year).
