Apologies for the late reply! I meant to respond to your comment sooner and kept getting sidetracked by other things.
You're one of at least a few people who have told me that they've been to Scarborough, but not that Scarborough. *g* Strangely, I've been to Yorkshire twice and never made it to Scarborough. I'll have to make an effort to visit the other Scarborough someday, especially as it is a resort town. My Scarborough definitely isn't.
I saw your post at the time and enjoyed it but never got round to commenting ^^"
No worries. I know what that's like. Sometimes I read a post with every intention of returning to comment, and it just doesn't happen, so I really do appreciate you taking the time to respond to my post. :-)
What a beautiful place and what beautiful photographs.
Thank you very much, scfrankles! I'm so glad you like the photos! :-D The Guild Park and Gardens is a really beautiful place. My pictures probably didn't do it justice.
The ones of you are rather endearing ^__^ And I appreciated the bonus cats ^__^
I'm glad you found the pictures of me endearing. I don't usually photograph well -- probably because I'm not comfortable being in front of a camera. I usually end up looking too serious (because I'm trying not to do my Cheshire cat grin) or goofy because I start hamming it up.
I'm always happy to include bonus cats. I often end up taking more pictures of Barnaby and Tuppence than the human members of my family, but the cats ask for it when they look that adorable. :-)
