Wow! It's hard to believe that it's been five years already! It's awesome that you still have the shirt! :-) Well, I have to confess that I didn't really do much of anything on Canada Day, but it was still fun and relaxing.
I came along after Dominion Day, so I think I've always known it as "Canada Day". Oh, and I believe I've only ever sang "O Canada," though I did have to sing "God Save the Queen" in Brownies and Guides.
