If it makes you feel any better, I didn't realize I was suffering from migraines myself until my aunt (who suffers from really bad ones herself) asked me to describe my symptoms and then pointed out that my sinus headaches were actually migraines. Migraines are kind of confusing because they can involve various triggers and symptoms. I know a couple of people who get auras before their migraines, but I've never had that myself. There are also people who will suffer from a migraine for three or four days running. The longest I usually have one is two days and, even then, it's not severe. At its worse it will involve a really sharp stabbing sensation behind one eye (sometimes switching to the other eye if it's a two-day deal) and nausea. I get a migraine with every single period, though I have other triggers too, like stress, certain foods, eye strain, etc. If you'd like to learn more, Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Migraine) has some good information on the subject.
Thanks for the latest medal update. It's great that Canada is doing so well. :-)
