Can I join even if I don't write fanfiction?

Hey, anitamaid! I've been going through the guidelines for A03 and I don't think you have to write fanfiction to be a member. However, I'd really prefer to give the invitation to a fanfic writer if at all possible. Tell you what. If I don't have any other takers in the next week or two (and I can get a clear answer about whether members have to be writers), I'll send you the invite. In the mean time, you can still go on the website and read the fic. You don't have to be a member to do that. In fact, you may be interested in checking out the fic section for The Listener, though it's very small. With any luck, more fic will be added some time in the future:

Hi again! No one else seems interested in the invitation, and it looks like you don't have to be a fanfic writer to be a member of Archive of Our Own, so I've just sent the invite your way (to your hotmail account). :-) I hope you enjoy being a member. Let me know if you have any questions, etc.

of course i would be interested, but i have to try and write some first, haven't written stuff for years..
the first season of the listener will reach my mailbox soon i hope, so am going to watch it a couple of times first too lol, have to do some homework. and then we'll see.
oh and i hope they start filming season two on monday as was the date i found on the net...
unlucky for me, it is the wrong country lol.. otherwise i would be on the lookout for locations or other stuff, as it is i'm scouring the net for anything remotely connected to the listener or craig. yes i know i'm hopeless. i refuse to be an adult...
