It sounds like great fun! I like your purchases. You were quite restrained!

Yes, the con was a lot of fun -- and I was just there the one day. As for the purchases, I was happy with what I bought, which might be why I was able to resist temptation when it came to other things. I've also got a number of expenses coming up, including my trip to Chicago, so I'm trying to be more careful with my money.

The flower is lovely and unusual. I've never seen chainmail rings in jewellry.

I was happy and pleasantly surprised when [livejournal.com profile] njc2007 gave it to me. :-) I knew that chainmail was sometimes used in other things, but I wasn't aware of how many possibilities there were until [livejournal.com profile] njc2007 started buying chainmail kits.

I like your link to the 'Oxford comma.'

That was actually an inside joke. The three of us began discussing grammar in the bar and the subject of the Oxford comma came up. I basically threw in the link to see if either [livejournal.com profile] njc2007 or [livejournal.com profile] lazigyrl would notice. I have to commend you for noticing it yourself! :-)

I'd like to read any tips you picked up from the panel on writing endings.

Sure. No problem. I'll send you the tips I remember some time in the next couple of days.
