Yes, this is my tree, though the retroish look is due to PaintShop Pro. *g* I'm glad you like the cat ornament. A good friend gave that to me. Actually, good friends gave me quite a few of my ornaments. :-D

To be honest, I wouldn't mind a bit of snow. I mean, I don't want a snowstorm, but even a light dusting would be nice. Hope you get the kind of holiday weather you most desire. Season's greetings and happy writing! :-D

Thanks, grassle! That's very kind of you! :-) It probably looks a bit more impressive than it really is because I played with the image in PaintShopPro, but I'm glad you like it.

BTW, I just finished writing the third scene of that Maurice/Stalky & Co. crossover I mentioned a while ago. It just wouldn't leave me alone, so I had to start writing it. I don't know if it's going to be your cup of tea or not. If all goes well, I'm hoping to finish it in January, though it may end up being February.

Speaking of fic, I have to apologize for being so massively behind. I've been wanting to read (I'm Just) Wild About Harry (http://archea2.livejournal.com/80686.html) for a while now, so maybe it's something I'll finally get to during the holidays. :-)

I know what you mean about fics begging to be written. Ye Old Christ's Mass Special won't leave me alone (Lestrade staging Mystery plays, trying to make the Bakerstreete Cycle as famous as the York or Wakefield; Abel, the strapping blacksmith's apprentice as Adam...) Sadly I had to send all my books on ahead (I'm moving) and Lord knows when I'll be able to unpack and settle down to it. One day...
