Like a lot of people, I've been struggling with LJ all week, so if it looks like I've been ignoring your posts, it's nothing personal. I'll try to catch up as best I can when I can access LJ properly again.

Lots of people seem to have had the same problems. I'd almost given up on LJ.

Yes, like you, I'd almost given up on LJ too, but I'm happy to say that I'm finally able to access it without any problems! I hope the same thing can be said for you and crimsoncorundum.

I'm slowly playing catch up with the posts I haven't been able to read, though there may not be too much on my flist if most people were in the same boat.

Thankfully, that's true, though I'm now back online after being away for over 24 hours, so there has been some flist accumulation. *g*

The problems with LJ were really frustrating. Especially because they didn't really explain what the problem was (or did I miss anything?).

If you missed anything then I missed it too. And I did look to see if LJ offered any kind of explanation. In the end, I found out what allegedly happened after tazzles provided a link to an article (http://www.time.com/time/world/article/0,8599,2063952,00.html) on the subject.
