Maybe if it was a star, or had an atmosphere full of gas that tinged it a light or bright colour, considering the meaning of your name.

Ooooooh! Good point! Yes, the name "Claire" would be totally justified if we were dealing with a star or a planet exhibiting characteristics that made it light or bright. :-)
